Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
"To all who struggle and desire victory; to all who are lonely and need friendship; to all that are anxious and seek peace; to all who mourn and long for comfort; to all that hunger and thirst after righteousness; to all who are looking for a church home; to all that want to know the truth that will make you free; this church opens wide her doors and offers her welcome in the name of Christ Jesus her Lord."
Articles of Faith *We believe in only one true and living God, by whom all things were created, and by whom all things consist. (1 John 5:7) *We believe that God created man good, able to stand but liable to fall, and that man by sin and transgression, fell from this pure estate, and brought himself under condemnation and death, and that man is wholly unable to deliver himself from this condition. (1 Corinthians 15:22, Romans 3:10, John 6:44) *We Believe that God chose a people unto salvation, or eternal life, and that this choice was eternal, particular, and unconditional. (Ephesians 1:4-5, John 10:27-29, John 6:39-44, 2 Timothy 1:9) *We believe that God was in Christ, and that by the sacrifice of Jesus all whom God chose unto salvation were forever redeemed from the curse of the law and are made righteous in Him. (Hebrews 2:13-15, Ephesians 1:6, Colossians 2:10, Romans 8:29) *We Believe that all who are redeemed by the Son will in time be effectually called by the Holy Spirit, born again, and made partakers in the divine nature. (John6:37, Ephesians 2:1, 1 Corinthians 6:14) *We believe that all who are regenerated (effectually called) will be finally saved; not one can be finally lost. (John 17:12-14, Psalm 37:28) *We believe that the bodies of all men will be resurrected from the grave, and that the joys of the righteous will be eternal and that the punishment of the wicked will be everlasting. (John 5: 28-29) *We believe that all who are called of God are under obligation to to do good works, and that in the keeping of his commandments there is great reward. (Ephesians 2:10) *We believe that baptism and the Lord's supper are ordinances of the Church, and that believers are the proper subjects for baptism, and that immersion is the only mode, and that none except those who have been regularly baptized are to be admitted to the communion table. We believe that it is our duty as the saints to wash each others feet, according to the example given by the Savior. (Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12, 1 Corinthians 11:24-29, Acts 8:36-38, John 13:1-17) *We believe that the church is the highest ecclesiastical authority on earth, subject to God alone for her acts, and that her form of government is congregational, each member having an equal voice in all her acts. (Colossians 1:18) *We are opposed to declarations of non-fellowship against the Lord's people over matters which no principal is involved, believing such to be unscriptural and destructive to the best interest of the church. *We believe it is the duty of the church to freely and liberally contribute of their carnal things to the support of the ministry, and that they may give themselves wholly to the work whereunto God has called them. (1 Corinthinas 16:2, Malachi 3:10, Corinthians 9:6-8) *We believe the scripture of the Old and New Testaments to be the Word of God, and that they alone are to govern God's people both in faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16-18)
